About Me

Cinematographer. Filmmaker. Storyteller.
I was born in Corvallis, Oregon in 1998. Growing up I always loved and looked forward to traveling across Oregon to experience the state's diverse landscapes. Witnessing the intense waterfalls and the blankets of green covering almost every mountain would always take my breath away. Every hike and adventure has its own unique story, and I felt these stories of mine needed to be shared. So, for my 13th birthday I was given the GoPro HERO, and I would take this to every hike. I immediately fell in love with having a "camera" at my side to help capture moments. As years passed by, at age 16 I had worked up enough money to purchase my first DSLR. Upgrading from a GoPro to a DSLR allowed me to expand my style of videography/photography. I wanted to keep growing and try something new instead of only hikes, so I started offering to film weddings and sports events. For the next six months I was doing a few events for nearly free, then by the summer of 2017 I felt confident enough that my work was worth money. I began to make money little by little and used it to upgrade my camera gear. I am currently still amazed how I have the ability to turn something that I was convinced by others to call a hobby, into a career. Becoming a full time videographer is my goal, and I am fully dedicated to chase this passion of mine to achieve my goal.
